Policies

SHIPPING - LIVE PLANTS

Our specially designed shipping and packaging system will get your plants to you quickly, carefully and easily via the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail/Express to anywhere in the US. We will send an email stating when your order will ship and confirming the order information for verification. Please be sure to check your Spam or Junk mail if you don't hear from us within a day or two from when you placed your order. Orders are normally shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding holidays) of each week to ensure that your plants do not spend the weekend at the post office. Be sure to get your order and payment in by Wednesday at 11:59PM CST, for it to ship out the following Monday.

  a. Please check your order information carefully for accuracy. We cannot be responsible for orders that go undelivered due to incorrect address information. Sign up for the USPS Informed Delivery here and sign up for SMS or email updates to ensure you get your package as soon as possible. 

  b. Paid orders that are received by 11:59PM on Wednesdays are shipped the following week, unless otherwise specified by you or our staff, via the USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail service. We ship orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and only rarely on Wednesdays.

  c. We do not rush shipments.Orders are processed in the order that they are received. You are given the option upon purchasing to choose between USPS First Class (1-3 business days,) Priority Mail (2 business days,) or Priority Mail Express (overnight -1 day.) Tracking information will be emailed to the email associated with the order when your purchase is processed. We do not offer any other shipping methods, but will hold plants or make arrangements for local customers.

  d. If you do not receive your plants in a timely fashion (3 days is generally the maximum) after receiving your tracking email please feel free to contact us. We can track any order with the USPS and may be able to correct certain issues.

  e. We aim to be flexible and accommodating within reason, if you have any special requests please contact us or leave us a note during checkout.

GUARANTEE - LIVE PLANTS

We do guarantee that:

your plants will arrive healthy and in a condition which will give them the opportunity to grow and perform as we would expect them to under normal satisfactory growing conditions. We guarantee that the plants will arrive to you in healthy condition and will be shipped usually ready for repotting. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to grow the plants you purchase from us. If you find a problem with your shipment please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we find it appropriate, we will replace your damaged plants, credit your account, or provide the appropriate refund pertaining to the order in question. We will, at most, only replace, credit, or refund the original purchase price of the product in question.

We do not guarantee plants that are damaged or are in poor condition due to:

exposure to inappropriate extremes in temperature, light, wind, salts, chemicals, or other conditions that are detrimental to the general health and well being of the plant(s) once you have received it (them). We feel that it is as much the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate care for the plants that they have purchased as it is our responsibility to provide quality products and prompt and convenient service. If the plants that you are purchasing are cold sensitive, we feel that it is the customer's responsibility to take this into consideration when placing the order. We offer fee heat packs for orders over $50. Place your order by Friday at 12:00 midnight CST we will ship it out the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday under typical circumstances and foregoing postal holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. If at anytime prior to the package being shipped you decide for us to hold your order for a later ship date due to unexpected conditions please feel free to contact us.

NOTE: Once the package has been transferred from our store to the USPS it CANNOT be reliably redirected, if at all. Living and growing plants become perishable items once they enter their packages and can only reasonably be expected to tolerate the varied temperature conditions and darkness that they may experience on their journey for a limited amount of time. If you feel that your package may need special instructions provided to the US Mail Carrier please let us know and we will be happy to include them on the outside of your package.

 

REFUND REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-LIVE-PLANT ITEMS

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective

Product must be unused

Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

SHIPPING ITEMS

Returns can be mailed to 14403 Walters Rd #682202, Houston, TX 77014. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

- Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded

- Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or gifts that are the incorrect size with receipt. Exchanges can be for any item of equal or lesser value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
